Product Overview
Our JGS2 fused quartz square capillary tube is engineered for optical path alignment, sensor module integration, and sampling channel applications requiring excellent visible-light transmission and dimensional stability.
The 3×3 mm outer dimension and 2×2 mm inner channel enables a controlled optical cavity, fluid sampling space, or precision alignment interface for laser coupling and optical sensing assemblies.

We offer long-term, stable supply of square and rectangular quartz capillary tubes made from JGS1 and JGS2 optical-grade fused quartz.
Common square sizes include (OD × ID, unit: mm):
4 × 1.5, 4 × 1, and 4 × 2.
Rectangular quartz capillary tubes are typically designed with a 0.5 mm wall thickness.
Common OD × ID combinations include:
4 × 3 / 2 × 1, and 4 × 3 / 3 × 2.
